Butter Nut squash ravioli in a brown butter sage sauce topped with asiago shavings. Roasted beet salad with arugula toasted walnuts. red onions & gorgonzola with a cherve blue cheese dressing. Tomato and basil soup with a garlic crostini. Baked halibut topped with an olive lemon sauce, served with cinnamon spaghetti squash & roasted green beans. Ginger carrot cake with a cream cheese macadamia nut crust.

All wine dinners are served with honey chibata bread. Candied yam, banana & macadamia nut ravioli served with a smoked tomato red pepper basil coulis. Pumpkin & bacon soup, spiced with cardoman & cloves topped with apple wood smoked bacon. Baked salmon with a wild huckleberry sauce, served with sautéed squash & peppers & sweet rosemary mashed potatoes. Apple cobbler topped with vanilla bean ice cream. |
